OPTION 2. 

Via SalonHyve using our simple excel order forms attached. Please complete these and send them to info@salonhyve.com starting with the Subject 'ORDER / SALON NAME'

OPTION 3.

Via SalonHyve - email / Whats App / Text us a list of products and we can place orders for you. We will advise you regarding timings.

IN ALL CASES : Please include your Contact Details. Either we, or our partner brands, will need to send you an sales confirmation electronically. This needs to be paid and money received prior to products being shipped.

INVOICES & PAYMENTS : 

Either we, or our partner brands, will send you an invoice electronically. This needs to be paid in full and all money received prior to products being shipped.

By far the quickest way to pay a partner brand is via BACS transfer. If ‘Next Day Delivery’ is required this will be the best way to pay and MUST happen before 11am on the day before.stocks are needed. Sadly Credit Card companies can take up to 4 days to transfer money so whilst convenient it may delay your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

In a number of cases our partners require a nominal delivery fee. For example MOOD, regardless of the order size or value, charge £6 per delivery.  We will always advise you if this is the case as it will appear on your invoice.

We are currently a small business. In order for us to be able offer you great service and products we ask that you adhere to our initial trading terms. We believe that our prices are very competitive and hope that you agree.  As we grow we will look to streamline our costs and ideally save everyone money in the long term.
